Everything But…

There are a lot of people out there that HATE gyms, or the same old fitness routines. This keeps them from achieving their goal weight or even wanting to try at all.

This post today is to give everyone out there different ideas of exercise that aren’t the same old thing. That maybe people wouldn’t automatically think WOW I am losing weight right now. The thing that I always think no matter what I am doing is “How can I use this to my advantage?” So if I am out on the town and decide to go dancing then I will start busting some serious moves to work my abs, legs or what ever I can. It may sound silly but it really does work!

These are just some ideas of what you can do to get your WORKout on, there are so many more and feel free to get creative too!

If it is hard for you to venture out of your comfort zone then find a friend and sign up or go to a new workout class. Its always easier to pop that safety bubble with a friend but remember that you have to be the one the motivates you! You can accomplish what ever you put your mind to and NEVER let the fear of what others think be an issue. You should only care about how you feel when it comes to your health, and happiness!
