I have never been a good cook or a person that likes to cook. So of course when I was living on my own I was not making the most healthy choices for my body. I went for easy and cheap.

In order to get myself on the right track towards a healthier body I had to change the way I ate. I had no idea where to start so I did what I knew best and hit the web. After searching I found a few great sites that are always updated and healthy.

Today’s post is to show you my favorite healthy sites as well as some great cookbooks to pick up. Today is the day to start living healthy and it all begins with food!
