Aerobic Exercises

There are many different ways to get your cardio on. Cardio or Aerobic exercises are the best exercises to lose weight and burn fat.

Most aerobic exercises target legs, hips and bum in women and stomach, legs and chest in men. If you commit to a 1 hour aerobic exercise a day, everyday then you will start seeing results within 2 weeks. Talk about awesome! You can even split your 1 hour into 2 30 minute sessions and still get the same results.

Don’t get me wrong once you start exercising you are going to have to up your time once it gets to easy or you will hit a platue and will be at a standstill with your weight loss.
