This is one of my favorite quick cardio WORKouts. It is 13 exercises at one minute each. So 13 minutes. Plus a warm up and cool down. This WORKout is quick, simple, high intensity and high impact.

Warm Up
- Quick Feet – 60 seconds
- Nordic Track – 60 seconds
- Rump Rope – 60 seconds
- Jumping Jacks – 60 seconds
- Forward Jabs – 60 seconds (punch hard but don’t lock the elbow)
- Lunge Jumps – 60 seconds
- Ski Hops – 60 seconds
- High Knees – 60 seconds
- Back Lunge to Knee Crunch – 30 seconds each side
- Left Leg side toe taps – 60 seconds
- Right Leg side toe taps – 60 seconds
- Vertical Jumps – 60 seconds
- Frog Hops – 60 seconds (forward-backward)
