This WORKout is for any of my followers that have tried my Cardio 13 High and it was a bit to much. Cardio 13 Low is a high intensity, low impact 14 exercise WORKout.

Warm Up

  1. Standing Right Leg, Left Leg Toe Taps
  2. Standing Left Leg, Right Leg Toe Taps
  3. Calf Raises
  4. One Sided Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds each side
  5. Forward Jabs
  6. Alternating Forward Lunges
  7. Right Side Knee
  8. Left Side Knee
  9. Back Lunge to Knee Crunch – 30 seconds each side
  10. Forward/Backward Taps – Right Leg
  11. Forward/Backward Taps – Left Leg
  12. Body Weight Squats
  13. Side Lunges – 30 seconds each leg
  14. Quick Feet
