This WORKout is for any of my followers that have tried my Cardio 13 High and it was a bit to much. Cardio 13 Low is a high intensity, low impact 14 exercise WORKout.

Warm Up
- Standing Right Leg, Left Leg Toe Taps
- Standing Left Leg, Right Leg Toe Taps
- Calf Raises
- One Sided Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds each side
- Forward Jabs
- Alternating Forward Lunges
- Right Side Knee
- Left Side Knee
- Back Lunge to Knee Crunch – 30 seconds each side
- Forward/Backward Taps – Right Leg
- Forward/Backward Taps – Left Leg
- Body Weight Squats
- Side Lunges – 30 seconds each leg
- Quick Feet
