This WORKout is for all my surfers out there. Even if you aren’t a surfer this is a pretty killer leg, arm & core WORKout. It is very quick and can be used as a warm up before you get into the water or on a day that you don’t have a lot of time but need to sweat!
13 exercises, 1 minute each that target big muscles in the booty to help lift and tighten everything. With warm up and cool down the video is 20 minutes long. You have 20 minutes to sweat just hit play!
