This WORKout is for all my surfers out there. Even if you aren’t a surfer this is a pretty killer leg, arm & core WORKout. It is very quick and can be used as a warm up before you get into the water or on a day that you don’t have a lot of time but need to sweat!

Each exercise is 30 seconds with a 10 second break inbetween. You can up it to 60 or do multiple sets, it’s up to you!
