  8. Left Leg Lunge Jumps – 15 reps
  9. Calf Raisers – 15 reps
  10. Frog Hops – 26 reps
  11. Break – 10 seconds

  23. Russian Twist – 15 each side
  24. 90 degree crunches – 15 reps
