This is a very quick leg WORKout that will leave your legs feeling like jello in a very short amount of time! If you get through the first round and feel like you need more, feel free to do it again.
This WORKout is for all my surfers out there. Even if you aren’t a surfer this is a pretty killer leg, arm & core WORKout. It is very quick and can be used as a warm up before you get into the water or on a day that you don’t have a lot of time but need to sweat!
