This WORKout is for all my surfers out there. Even if you aren’t a surfer this is a pretty killer leg, arm & core WORKout. It is very quick and can be used as a warm up before you get into the water or on a day that you don’t have a lot of time but need to sweat!
My Push It WORKout is my favorite quick & simple arm WORKout. It works all the large muscle groups and gives you a great burn no matter how many times you do it. I started with 5 reps per set and each time I do it I try to increase my reps per set.
When you don’t have a lot of room or a lot of time a quick 16 exercise core WORKout is just what you need.
