Below I have a list of what I charge for Training Sessions, which depending on what we are working on each session could be an hour or more! I normally do group sessions at a park near the beach but am open to private sessions at your home or my home gym. Cost depending on travel to your home. I also have a list of Beachbody Videos that are proven to work (I have tried them and seen results) just in case you are nervous about working with a trainer.
$35 a session for 1 person
$25 (each) a session for 3 people
$15 (each) a session for 5+ people
