Just thought I would send you a message about my progress!
I have been working out 4 times a week. I’ve cut out ALL fast food, take out, processed food. I’m on a low calorie low carb eating plan. I’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks…
ALSO today I did something I would normally NEVER do…I joined a 12 week fitness competetion. I work with a physical trainer 3 days a week for 12 weeks. It’s supposed to be super intense (Kind of like an at home Biggest loser program) and give amazing results. The trainer also puts me on a regimented food program. Already I feel like a totally new person.
I’m stoked with my progress, but I just thought I would let you know that your facebook status’ and workout page have been a huge motivator to change my lifestyle.

Thanks Whitney! I bought the zico original. It was hard to get used to the taste at first, but I got used to it in no time. I definitely did a number on my body for sure. I’ve lost 16 lbs so far and I feel amazing! Granted I have a ways to go, but this is a start. -KP
